Responsible for 100% accuracy in daily/weekly/monthly/yearly operations reports
Coordinate with all stakeholders e.g. Operation Excellence, Procurement, Feature, BI… to ensure their understanding about Hub operation and support them as assigned in specific projects
Develop a deep understanding of SPX in general and their assigned hubs/region in particular to actively identify operational issues for improvement
Do onsite visits and investigate problems arisen to report to ROM for their timely intervention and necessary guidance
Collaborate with teams in the region and take charge of administrative tasks for the whole region including but not limited to organizing events/parties, ordering stationery, controlling uniform, finalizing payment/receipts and other ad-hoc tasks
Prepare proposals, and presentations as assigned
