Job Summary: The IT Service Desk Administrator is responsible for providing first-level technical support to customers and internal staff. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Manage and prioritize service requests using a ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their requests.
Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with team members and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support customers in common technical issues and solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
University or college graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in an IT support or service desk role.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common IT hardware/software.
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
English and Japanese language is a plus.
