The car will be sold on the understanding that all Vietnamese Government duties or taxes owing on the vehicle will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The car will only be handed over to the successful bidder after they have fulfilled all the tax and administrative obligations required to transfer the registration. The car will not be returnable nor will the payment be refundable following the transfer.
